Anne-Marie Loeskow

Admitted to practice in 1991, Anne-Marie has almost 20 years experience as a property lawyer specialising in commercial leasing, conveyancing and general property matters.

Prior to joining Morrow Petersen in June 2009, Anne-Marie worked in Brisbane at a large national firm and over the course of her career has worked for small to medium firms in Brisbane, Mackay and Goondiwindi.

Areas of Practice

• Commercial leasing including acting for landlords and tenants of retail and non-retail premises such as office buildings, car parks, hotels, and warehouses;
• Sales and purchase of land and commercial buildings including warehouses, hotels, office buildings, self-storage facilities, small shopping centres and farms;
• Acquisition of businesses such as accounting practices, hotels, newsagents, coffee shops, hair dressing salons, service stations and pharmacies;
• Independent advice certificates with respect to bank guarantees and indemnities;
• General property matters including drafting easements, loan agreements and licences; and
• Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives.
