With almost 30 years involvement in the Cairns property market, Col is considered by many to be one of the most experienced conveyancing managers in Cairns.

Col has recently joined Morrow Petersen as manager of our Conveyancing and Property Services Department after having spent the past 6 years working exclusively for a boutique Melbourne based developer of resort hotel properties in Cairns.  Prior to that, Col was the Conveyancing Manager of arguably the largest conveyancing practice in Cairns.

Over the years, Col has provided expert conveyancing services to many thousands of residential buyers and sellers, whether vacant land, residential dwellings or strata title units. 

Col also has vast experience in commercial conveyancing matters including hotels, cane farms, cattle stations and other rural properties.

He has advised and acted for many of Cairns’ largest property developers, both in flat land development and strata title.
